Integrated WorkFlow: Integrated workflow allows you to simply assign users an area of expertise, and rights for validation and publishing. Draft documents are automatically forwarded to the next available user with the expertise and rights to review the document (based on its category).
Advanced Search: The knowledgebase allows customers to search based on a combination of your custom categories and sub-categories plus keywords that appear in the full text of the document (keywords you have defined).
