Integrated WorkFlow: Integrated workflow allows you to simply
assign users an area of expertise, and rights for validation and publishing.
Draft documents are automatically forwarded to the next available user with the
expertise and rights to review the document (based on its
category).
Advanced
Search:
The knowledgebase allows customers to search based on a combination of your
custom categories and sub-categories plus keywords that appear in the full text of
the document (keywords you have defined). This powerful combination means
that they can simply browse the knowledgebase by selecting a category or
categories and/or a sub-category, or can do an advanced keyword search.
This combination makes the system easy for beginners and powerful for advanced users,
everyone wins.

Also Links: In
order to avoid the constant republishing of the same information, you
automatically are shown a list of resources that match each document’s
categorization, so that you can create ‘See Also’ links from one document to
others by clicking a checkbox.

Links: In
addition to the web-based documents you create and the links they contain, you
associate system links with a category or sub-category allowing you to promote
product literature or web resources that exists outside your knowledgebase in a
centralized manner.
